I started off the new year putting emphasis on my arms which I find to be the fittest part of my body for now. I divided the muscles into two groups (push and pull muscles) and worked on them between the first half of the week and the other. Pull muscles include biceps and trapezius and push muscles are triceps, pecs, and also trapezius. I think once I get the different types of exercises down, I’ll let you guys know.
